Who runs the site, and its own resort

Offrageo is operated by the Mississippi Band of Choctaw Indians, Choctaw, Mississippi (contact@offrageo.com). The same tribe owns Pearl River Resort; the resort leads the list purely because it is the operator's property.

Fair use

Read, bookmark and pass along individual pages for your own non-commercial ends. Bulk copying, automated harvesting, probing the site's defences and any unlawful use are not permitted.

Reader age

Offrageo writes for grown-ups: 18 at minimum, rising to 21 wherever local law demands the higher limit for this subject matter. Each hotel enforces its own check-in age.

What the pages offer

Our site provides information exclusively about accommodation, resort leisure and travel amenities. We do not promote or facilitate participation in gambling.

Entries are written carefully, yet properties change things without warning. Rates, fees and rules should always be confirmed with the hotel before you commit.

Hotels, platforms and other outside parties

Outbound links take you to services offrageo neither owns nor supervises. The operator carries no responsibility for altered room prices, resort fees, taxes or deposits, nor for how hotels or booking platforms behave, what they offer or the terms they impose. A reservation binds you and that provider, not us.

Intellectual property

The writing, design, monogram panels and offrageo name are the operator’s, or licensed to it. Every hotel name is someone else’s trademark, mentioned only so you know which property an entry describes.

Limits on liability

So far as applicable law permits, offrageo comes with no guarantees of any kind, and the operator accepts no liability for loss caused by using it or by relying on what it says.

Governing law

Mississippi law governs these house rules, and Mississippi's competent courts hear any dispute about them, save for any consumer safeguard from your own country that may not be waived by contract.
